I'm not around at all this morning and won't be around tomorrow morning either. I threw on wkly $240 straddle in DAVE yesterday, as it has a relatively small market cap and a fair amount of short interest at 15%. I'm currently underwater, but feel like I'll be able to scratch out of this for a winner, but the way things have been going it will probably pin at $240 on Friday, then open at $200 on Monday.
I'm eyeballing going back to Interactive Brokers as my secondary brokerage. I think I'm beyond using the discount brokers, though I may keep a few $k in one of them just to send it on "da cheapies" if the situation is right. But otoh, what's a few hundred bucks on the occasional moonshot? I don't make a habit of those trades.
